Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Boarding & Support Specialist, based in Philippines or Malaysia. The role involves guiding clients through the onboarding process by assisting in system setup, providing comprehensive product training, and ensuring a smooth transition to using Atlantis Asia's platform. Additional responsibilities include offering customer and technical support, resolving issues through troubleshooting, and maintaining effective communication to address client needs. The specialist will play a critical role in building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
1. Must have worked as Front Desk/Front Office (Sr. Level) or Reservation(Sr Level) in a HOTEL
2. Minimum past working experience in Hotel must be at least 3 yrs
3. Must have Used PMS or Booking Engine, or Channel Manager - You may ask what brand the employee has used previously as initial test if the person really is knowledgeable (i.e. Opera, Ezee, CLoudbeds)
4. Advantage: if employee has worked in a multiple property hotel
