Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and detailoriented Omnichannel Systems Administrator to support, optimize, and expand our customer engagement ecosystem. This role focuses heavily on our Five9 telephony platform while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, custom development, and APIdriven workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Five9 & Omnichannel Platform Ownership
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Five9 call center solutions
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Five9 issues
- Build, test, and deploy enhancements
- Support additional omnichannel applications
Salesforce & Integration Support
- Work within Salesforce ecosystem
- Troubleshoot integration points between Five9 and Salesforce
- Partner with Salesforce teams
Technical Analysis & Troubleshooting
- Review logs and root cause analysis
- Perform impact analysis
- Conduct testing across environments
Business Collaboration & Solutioning
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements
- Recommend enhancements
- Conduct trainings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 1+ year working as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Five9 or similar
- Handson Salesforce troubleshooting exposure
- Understanding of API integrations
- SQL, Python/JavaScript familiarity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience configuring Five9
- Exposure to cloud platforms
- Lowcode/nocode tools
- Agile/Scrum
