The Company Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality onsite clinical and emergency care within a corporate or site-based environment. This role ensures the health, safety, and overall well-being of employees through effective medical response, clinic operations, and compliance with occupational health standards.
The position plays a key role in supporting workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness, and preventive health initiatives, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external healthcare providers.
What You'll Do:
- Provide first aid, emergency care, and patient assessment
- Handle clinic operations, documentation, and medical reporting
- Coordinate with hospitals, labs, and external providers
- Support DOLE compliance and workplace safety (OH&S) programs
- Assist in PEME/APE, wellness programs, and health education
- Manage cases, referrals, and return-to-work processes
Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse (PRC licensed)
- 1–3 years experience working as Occupational Health Nurse, Company Nurse, or Bedside Nurse
- Corporate/occupational health experience is a plus
- Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) certified (preferred)
- With BLS / ACLS certificate
- Able to work in an onsite setup
