Job Description

AT A GLANCE (OVERVIEW)

The Offline Marketing Supervisor leads strategy development for company-owned stores, department stores,pop-up activations, and other futureofflinechannels.S/he leads offlinecampaign planning and execution of marketing/advertising strategies(including but not limited to out-of-home, mall, and radio ads)todrivebrand awareness, customer acquisitionandretention,andachievement ofsales targets for brand launches, online campaigns, and promotions. S/he acts as the integrator between TeamSunnies, (esp. HQ, Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising) andexternal agencies/partnersand uses consumer insights, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking tooperationalize offline strategy andensure that the brandremainsmarket leader presence.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Supportintegrated marketing strategies for all offline marketing functions: Retail Marketing, Store Design, In-store Strategy and Visual Merchandising Execution aligned and based on overall brandstrategy
  • Championtimelyexecution of marketing plans on offline touchpoints for all brand and channel initiatives including store openings/renovations, product and service launches, brand campaigns, promotions, etc.
  • Drive business growth and awareness through compelling marketing strategies for offline consumer touchpoints, competitive communications, and promotions, etc.
  • Collaborate with Visionaries and Brand Marketing to develop and execute omnichannel brand marketing strategies to drive the businessforward
  • Lead development of job orders, promo synopses, operation/customer experiencebriefsand other documents needed to actualize retail marketingplans
  • Lead promo competitor check for offline and analysis

Retail Marketing

  • Supports in the conceptualization of retail marketing initiatives to helpSunniesFaceeffectively launch new products and service, successfully open newstoresandoptimizeperformance of existing stores ensuring executions are tailor fit to local communities and mall market profiles while adhering to brand standards andidentity
  • Collaborate with Operations and Business Development teams to ensure on-ground insights are applied to retail marketing strategies andexecutions
  • Perform administrative tasks needed to actualize retail marketingplans(e.g. promo enrollment with internal and external systems)
  • Responsible for seamless coordination with external partners (mall marketing teams, mall admins, suppliers,etc).

Retail Design

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Retail Design team for all existing and new store projectsensuring a balance of customer-focused and elevateddesigns
  • Oversees store team grooming,uniformsand overall sales forcepresentation
  • Responsible for store music and display deployment
  • Act as integrator of Sales and Retain Designteams

In-store Strategy and Visual Merchandising

  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to the In-store Strategy and Visual Merchandising Executionteams
  • Lead the digitalization of the in-store experiencealigned with customer behavior andneeds
  • Act as integrator of Sales and In-store Strategy and VM Execution teams

Communication and Collaboration

  • Effectively communicate strategic recommendations to Sales & Marketing team
  • Encourage openness and feedback in ways ofworking
  • Collaborate and learn from different internal and external teams
  • Build andmaintainbrand rapport and good business relationships with external partners

People Management

  • Help integrate offline marketing team,overseeRetail Design and Visual Merchandisingteamsand provide guidanceon deliverables, ensuringtimelyand efficient delivery
  • Help build a strong, well-balance team with transparent ways of working

Brand and Product Love

  • Be extremely knowledgeable in the brand's products & services
  • Show strong understanding for the brand and all its productlines

YOUR TALENT (QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related field
  • 3-6years of work experienceinbrand,visualmerchandising, customer experience, marketing, brand management, or similar. Visual merchandising strategy is a plus.
  • Experience in managing marketing operations in offline/retailchannels
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns including but not limited to integrated
  • marketing campaigns, out-of-home, ATL/BTL or shopper marketing; advertising agency experience is a plus
  • Ability to lead a team and drive growth and development in both people and business
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skillsrequired
  • Exceptional attention to detail, goodstressand risk management, and goal-oriented
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and similar toolsrequired
