Offline Marketing Associate

The Offline Marketing role will be responsible for developing and executing offline marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with different teams, and effectively communicate the brand's message to our target audience.

YOUR OVERALL MISSION & DAY-TO-DAY

Create and execute offline marketing campaigns for in-store promotions, and collaborations.

Plan, organize, and manage events, pop-ups, and other brand activations to promote Sunnies Face products.

Work with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the offline marketing space.

Liaise with external vendors and partners to secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets for offline marketing activities.

Represent the brand at events and other offline marketing activities, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image.

Monitor and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Manage the budget for offline marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.

YOUR TALENT

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Must have experience with in-store promotions and planning
• Must have experience in Retail, preferably the Cosmetics/Fashion or Beauty industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
