Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute various offline VIP events.
- Assist with creative concept development, event themes, activity ideas, experience design, and overall content enhancement.
- Manage the full event timeline and ensure all tasks from preparation to execution are delivered on schedule.
- Handle event materials, gifts, props, logistics, and on-site setup to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support user invitation work including guest list filtering, VIP outreach, confirmation, and attendance tracking.
- Oversee the on-site event process, coordinate suppliers, manage schedules, and resolve unexpected issues.
- Prepare post-event reports covering key highlights, issues, data performance, user feedback, and improvement plans.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in offline event planning or execution, preferably in luxury, entertainment, or branded events.
- Solid project management capability and ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent cross-department communication skills including finance, vendors, media, and design teams.
- High sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel when necessary.
