Officer, Material Planner

Job Description

Monitor monthly, 3 months and 1 year forecast of HTCs and schedule replacement of

components before the due date.Assist with the specific functions of Store Officer.

b. Coordinates material pre-load list of scheduled maintenance task including raising of

transfer order (TO) for outstation.

c. Communicates with AOC Technical Planning for pre load requirements.

d. Monitoring of commonly replaced components during maintenance checks.

e. Liaise with AOC Planning for availability of materials prior to the accomplishment of

scheduled task.
