Job Description

  • Maintain efficient and secure filing systems for both physical and digital documents, adhering to company protocols.
  • Accurately and efficiently enter data into company databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity.
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations for clients, collaborating with the sales team.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy within administrative processes.
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree) any 4 year course is welcome.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
