The Leasing and Operations Officer is responsible for marketing and leasing spaces within the company's portfolio, including co-living units, co-working spaces, event venues, and office buildings. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, securing bookings and leases, managing client transactions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth turnover and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Market and lease co-living units to maximize occupancy and manage long-term leases and short-term/daily bookings.
- Promote and secure co-working transactions, including hot desks, meeting rooms, and private offices.
- Promote and secure event venue bookings for corporate and social functions.
- Conduct site inspections, workspace tours, and client presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and packages.
- Negotiate terms and process lease agreements and event booking agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, corporate clients, startups, and event organizers.
- Track occupancy, memberships, event bookings, and revenue performance.
- Coordinate with Property Management, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure readiness of units, workspaces, and event venues.
- Support marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand within the co-living, co-working, and events sectors.
- Identify opportunities for upselling such as meeting room bookings, workspace upgrades, extended stays, and event add-ons.
- Assist the Office Leasing and Operations Manager in handling Office lease transactions.
Qualifications
Educational Background:
-Bachelor's in science graduate from a four-year course in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent;
Experience Requirement:
-At least three (3) years of experience in leasing and/or operations, administration, hospitality, or events management; experience in office leasing is an advantage.
-Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills.
-Organized, proactive, and target-driven.
Training Requirements:
-Knowledge of training in basic Accounting, BOSCH

- Skilled in financial and technical risk analysis
