  • Prepare, issue, and distribute lease agreements, PSRA contracts, and related property documentation accurately and within required timeframes
  • Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements
  • Coordinate document signing and manage secure digital filing in line with company systems and procedures
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, letters, and other correspondence for management and clients
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and tenants, providing a high standard of customer service and clear, professional communication
  • Manage incoming emails efficiently, responding accurately or directing queries to the appropriate team member as needed communication
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and colleagues across all departments
  • Support compliance by maintaining PSRA documentation and assisting with audits when required
  • Carry out general ad hoc administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: Office Administration, Business Administration or related
  • With at least two years experience working in the field
  • Full-time position; remote work arrangement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google applications
  • Amenable to work Irish Standard Time
