About the Job

We are seeking an accomplished Head Nurse to lead nursing operations, clinical service delivery, and patient care standards for a confidential healthcare organization with a growing network of clinics.

The role will focus on nursing leadership, clinical operations, patient safety, quality of care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple clinic locations.

Reporting to Country Head, this is a key leadership position responsible for strengthening nursing practices, developing clinical teams, and ensuring consistent patient care standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Nursing Operations & Leadership

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care across clinic locations.
• Establish and implement nursing policies, procedures, and clinical practice standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams to ensure operational and clinical effectiveness.
• Monitor nursing performance, staffing requirements, and service delivery.

Patient Safety & Clinical Quality

• Ensure adherence to patient safety protocols and clinical standards.
• Monitor patient care incidents, adverse events, and appropriate corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives to improve patient experience, clinical outcomes, and quality of care.
• Promote a culture of accountability, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.

Clinical Governance & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with applicable DOH, PhilHealth, and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Support clinic readiness for audits, inspections, and accreditation assessments.
• Implement and monitor nursing protocols and quality assurance measures.
• Address clinical gaps and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor nursing performance indicators and clinical service delivery metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve nursing processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support the standardization of nursing practices across existing and newly established clinics.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical performance reviews.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Collaborate with Operations, Medical Directors, Clinical Leadership, and other relevant teams.
• Work closely with nursing staff to strengthen clinical capabilities and service standards.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on nursing operations and patient care performance.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in nursing, clinical operations, or healthcare service delivery.
• Proven experience leading nursing teams, preferably across multiple clinics or healthcare facilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Philippine license.
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, patient safety, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Experience in quality assurance, clinical performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Patient-focused, decisive, and capable of leading nursing teams in a multi-site healthcare environment.
