Position Overview
The NSW Sales Executive Assistant provides critical administrative and operational support to the NSW Sales Executive. This role ensures smooth coordination of sales activities, accurate reporting, effective appointment scheduling, and efficient management of the sales CRM database. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scorecard Management
- Prepare, update, and maintain weekly and monthly Bloom Growth scorecards.
- Ensure data accuracy by verifying figures from various sales sources (CRM, pipeline reports, internal trackers).
- Support the Sales Executive in preparing presentations, performance summaries, and sales insights.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Email Coordination
- Manage appointment setting through email communication with clients, prospects, and key partners.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, calendar reminders, and booking confirmations.
- Draft professional and timely email responses on behalf of the Engineering and Sales team when required.
3. CRM Database Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, contacts, accounts, and sales activities.
- Clean, validate, and organise data to ensure the integrity of the sales pipeline.
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of CRM tasks and follow-up reminders.
4. Administrative & Sales Support
- Support daily sales operations, including preparing documents, proposals, and information packs.
- Assist in tracking sales enquiries, quotations, and follow-up timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Engineering) for information gathering and updates.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and reporting efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Proven administrative or sales support experience (preferably in sales, construction, engineering, or related industries).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in professional email correspondence.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated experience in scorecard preparation.
