Job Description

Job Purpose:

To perform functions related to the following, with respect to all MPII/Pioneer Insurance products:


Business Acquisition & Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business.
  • Present MPII products, solicit business, and identify new distribution opportunities.
  • Handle insurance proposals, evaluate risks, and develop client-specific programs.
  • Track and report sales activities and facilitate pipeline meetings.


Business Retention & Accounts Servicing

  • Ensure timely preparation and processing of policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
  • Monitor renewal performance and address client concerns.


Relationship Management

  • Implement engagement plans (sales visits, client meetings, entertainment) to strengthen client relationships.
  • Gather feedback and review client performance periodically.


Collection

  • Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts.
  • Attend collection meetings and assist in account reconciliation.


Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
