Job Purpose:
To perform functions related to the following, with respect to all MPII/Pioneer Insurance products:
Business Acquisition & Development
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to generate new business.
- Present MPII products, solicit business, and identify new distribution opportunities.
- Handle insurance proposals, evaluate risks, and develop client-specific programs.
- Track and report sales activities and facilitate pipeline meetings.
Business Retention & Accounts Servicing
- Ensure timely preparation and processing of policies, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Monitor renewal performance and address client concerns.
Relationship Management
- Implement engagement plans (sales visits, client meetings, entertainment) to strengthen client relationships.
- Gather feedback and review client performance periodically.
Collection
- Monitor, follow up, and ensure timely collection of outstanding accounts.
- Attend collection meetings and assist in account reconciliation.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of a bachelor’s degree course
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- At least 2 years relevant work experience
