Your Role
The Non-Financial Risk Officer (NFR) is responsible for assisting the NFR head in strategizing, formulating and implementing frameworks and methodologies to manage/mitigate risk of loss arising from operational event and/or external factors that could result in monetary losses or negative impact in brand value and/or stakeholders perception toward the Bank.
Your Impact
- Supervise the conduct of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to assist in formulating and improving the implementation and deployment of the Maybank Non-Financial Risk and Control Self-Assessment within Maybank Philippines, Inc.
- Assist the NFR Head in Validation of Key Risk Indicator (KRI) to improve and implement the Maybank Non-Financial Risk Indicator within Maybank Philippines, Inc.
- Validate Incident Management and Data Collection (IMDC) to assist in improving the implementation of the Maybank Non-Financial Risk Incidents reporting within Maybank Philippines, Inc.
- Help drive the establishment or appointment of Operational Risk Officers of various units within Maybank Philippines, Inc.
- Help implement and maintain a robust Non-Financial Risk Management Framework, Methodologies and Policies that are in compliance with internal regulation and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor Outsourcing Risk by implement and monitor procedures and reporting methodologies to identify and mitigate outsourcing risk.
- Non-Financial Risk Advisory and Assurance (Relationship Management) - provide consultation and guidance to the Business and Support Units in the development and implementation of non-financial risk management programs.
- Business Continuity Management - to assist NFR Head in the implementation of BCM program and BCP activation at all Business and Support Units within the Bank.
- Non-Financial Risk Awareness - Setting strategies to promote risk aware culture in the Bank, specifically in the understanding and application of the Non-Financial Risk management framework, tools, policies and standards.
- Assist NFR Head in the oversight role of Business Administrator for the Overseas Operation
- Strategic implementation, alignment and continuity.
- Staff management and development.
- Create and promote a risk aware culture.
Your Profile
- Minimum degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3 years experience preferably with both Non-Financial Risk and business operations related background.
- Related experience in risk management, compliance or audit is preferred.
