Job Description

Monitor, maintain, and support network and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal

performance and minimal downtime. Provide timely incident resolution and

escalate complex issues according to SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network devices, servers, and applications for performance and availability.

Respond to alerts and incidents, troubleshooting issues according to standard procedures.

Escalate unresolved incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining accurate incident logs.

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and maintenance activities.

Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions.

Support scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and network changes.

Maintain knowledge of network topology, IT infrastructure, and operational procedures.

Skills


  • Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
  • Basic understanding of firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.
  • Experience with troubleshooting network, server, and application issues. Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and monitoring tools.
