No-Code Systems Architect (Airtable + Softr + Automation)

Project: Partner Rewards Portal Build PeachPro

Project Overview

We are building a performance-based partner rewards portal for real estate agents under the PeachPro brand.

This system will:

• Track Fiber installs by referring agent
• Automatically calculate monthly payouts
• Display a gamified dashboard for each agent
• Include a branded landing page routing to an external ordering system (SPOC)

This is Phase 1 of a scalable program. The structure and logic are already defined we need a skilled no-code systems architect to build it efficiently and cleanly.

Required Stack Experience

• Airtable (database design, formulas, linked records, automations)
• Softr or Glide (client-facing portal build)
• Zapier or Make.com (automation workflows)
• Payment reporting automation

Bonus Experience

• Lightweight CRM architecture
• Affiliate tracking systems
• Dashboard UX optimization
• Gamification design

Core System RequirementsBackend (Airtable)

You will architect a clean, scalable backend with:

Tables:

• Agents
• Leads / Installs
• Install Type (Standard vs. Quick Connect)

Commission Logic:

• $25 per install
• 6 installs = +$50 bonus
• 10 installs = +$150 bonus

Requirements:

• Automated monthly payout calculations
• Tier tracking logic
• Bonus logic automation
• Scalable structure for future incentive expansion

Frontend (Agent Portal)

Each agent login must display:

• Monthly install count
• Tier status
• Progress bar to next tier
• Pending payout total
• Lifetime earnings
• Clean, professional gamification UI

Optional Enhancement:

• Anonymous leaderboard

Landing Page

Create a simple, high-conversion landing page:

• Branded for PeachPro
• Explains Quick Connect Fiber setup
• Routes to external ordering system (SPOC)
• Designed to increase trust and conversions

Scope of Work

• Full system build

• Documentation (structure + automations)
• 30 days of post-launch support
