The Night Shift Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of gaming or iGaming platforms during the night shift. This role involves monitoring system performance, supporting gaming operations, resolving operational issues in real-time, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The specialist works closely with the operations team, supervisors, and other departments to maintain service quality and ensure an excellent player experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor gaming systems, servers, and operational workflows during the night shift to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Resolve operational issues, incidents, or emergencies promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Support night shift supervisors and coordinate with day shift teams to ensure smooth handovers.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare shift reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and gaming industry standards.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Provide technical and operational support to players, if required.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Filipino (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with gaming platforms, betting systems, or iGaming operations preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in gaming operations, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
