Job Title: Mandarin-Speaking iGaming Specialist

Salary Range: PHP 120,000 PHP 200,000 per month
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated
Mandarin-speaking professional with iGaming experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of online gaming platforms, excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, and the ability to support business operations, customer engagement, and platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Mandarin-speaking clients and users within the iGaming platform
- Monitor and manage gaming operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Analyze user behavior, gaming trends, and performance metrics to optimize engagement and revenue
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, risk, and tech) to improve user experience
- Detect and report suspicious activities, fraud, or policy violations
- Assist in promotional campaigns, VIP user management, and retention strategies
- Translate content and communications between Mandarin and English when necessary
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and proficient in English
- At least 13 years of experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook, online gaming, etc.)
- Strong understanding of gaming platforms, player behavior, and online betting systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in customer support, operations, or risk/fraud analysis is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of responsible gaming policies and compliance standards
- Background in VIP player management or affiliate marketing
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
