Your Role
As a Nice CXone Specialist, you will:
Design and maintain communication workflows and automation scripts across outbound and inbound processes
Develop routing logic using scripting languages, conditional logic, variables, API calls, and reusable workflow components
Build automated processes capable of integrating with external systems and internal platforms
Troubleshoot, optimize, and refactor scripts to improve performance, accuracy, and reliability
Develop and maintain API integrations using REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication tokens, and endpoints
Create API-driven automation for managing contacts, triggering workflows, updating records, reporting, and system-to-system synchronization
Build integration logic to exchange data between communication workflows and external systems such as CRMs, databases, or internal applications
Design automation solutions to reduce manual configuration and streamline workflow management
Implement API-driven processes for campaign, list, or workflow administration
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design scalable automation solutions and long-term architecture improvements
Investigate issues related to workflow execution, integrations, and automated processes
Analyze logs, scripts, and system behaviors to identify root causes and implement fixes
Partner with internal teams and technical resources to resolve complex system and integration issues
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Strong experience with workflow automation, scripting, or process development
Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, authentication models, and data mapping
Proficiency in JSON manipulation and API-driven integration logic
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with shifting schedules
Preferred Skills/expertise
Experience integrating communication workflows with CRM or enterprise systems
Experience designing automated outbound strategies or large-scale workflow solutions
Familiarity with contact governance concepts such as suppression rules or compliance logic
Certifications or training in automation tools, scripting frameworks, or integration platforms
