B.S. Engineering degree holder (ECE, EE, ME, ChE, MfgE, or related fields).
At least three years of related work experience, preferably with a background in NPI or process engineering in the semiconductor or electronics sectors.
Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills.
Ability to manage timelines and customer deliverables.
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of semiconductor and power module manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of reliability tests (AECQ101, AQG324).
Background in semiconductor packaging, assembly and process, failure analysis, and reliability engineering.

Functions
Take charge of NPI and prototype build management, WIP monitoring in the protoline and mass production line, line supervision, and workability report generation.
Provide technical value-added services for manufacturing capability build-up and process development for assigned new process technologies, newly won projects up to series production, and projects initiated by the Power Business Team to support business growth and continuity.
Contribute to team development by mentoring, encouraging cross-learning, and actively capturing, sharing, and cascading lessons learned.
Be responsible for documenting new processes, standards, reports, specifications, and other documents related to Phase 3A deliverables.
