New Energy Sales Director based in
Cebu.
Annual Salary Range: $44,000 - $100,000

The role
A New Energy Sales Director is responsible for leading business development and sales strategies for industrial and commercial energy storage projects, leveraging strong technical knowledge and market insight. The director must be fluent in English, proficient in CRM systems, Excel-based investment analysis, and PowerPoint presentations, while ensuring compliance with local policies and regulations. Success in this role depends on established relationships with power companies, industrial parks, and mining groups, along with strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, resilience under pressure, and an innovative mindset.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree or above, electrical engineering, new energy or business related major is preferred.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in local industrial and commercial optical storage projects, familiar with the whole process of the project or bidding experience, with local EPC/mining cooperation case is preferred.
- Fluent in English, skilled in CRM, Excel investment calculation and PPT plan production.
- Familiar with local policies and project compliance requirements.
- Have power companies, industrial parks, mining groups and other key customer resources and local cooperation channels.
- Strong cross-cultural cooperation ability, good anti-pressure ability, innovative thinking.
