New Case Coordinator – Claim Processor (Up to ₱30K | WFH | FREE AI Certification)

Philippines | Work from Home | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM | Monday–Friday

You own the initial lifecycle of legal and insurance claims, ensuring that every new case is verified, documented, and reported with absolute precision. Your work follows a disciplined offshore delivery context where you bridge the gap between team data and insurance carrier requirements. You are not just performing data entry; you operate within structured timelines to secure police reports, verify insurance information, and file formal Letters of Representation. This role is best suited for confident communicators who thrive in high-accountability environments and prefer clear, documented workflows over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • Experience: 4+ years (Bachelor's Degree holder) with a background in professional office administration, data entry, or customer-facing roles.
  • Tools/Outputs: Proficiency in using spreadsheet and word processing software to manage database entries and formal correspondence.
  • Communications: Excellent English verbal and written skills; you must be comfortable speaking with U.S.-based insurance carriers and police agencies.
  • Structural Constraints: Reliable home office setup for permanent night shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) and the ability to maintain a high volume of claim processing.

Strong Signals

  • Previous experience in insurance claims, legal support, or a BPO environment (training will be provided, but context is an advantage).
  • A personality that balances empathy for clients with the persuasiveness needed to obtain information from third parties.
  • Proven ability to meet strict documentation quotas and data integrity standards.

Responsibility Pillars

  • Claim Initiation & Verification You own the accuracy of the Day 1 case data—ensuring all insurance and risk management details are verified before a claim moves forward.
  • Review and verify case details and report new claims to insurance companies.
  • Contact premises risk management and insurance carriers to locate claim-related data.
  • Legal & Agency Coordination You lead the external communication efforts to secure the official documentation required for legal proceedings.
  • Contact police agencies for report status and fee requirements.
  • Prepare and submit formal police report requests and Letters of Representation.
  • Data Integrity & Management You act as the primary gatekeeper for the case database, ensuring every piece of collected information is searchable and accurate.
  • Enter claim information and saved data into the internal database system.
  • Execute documented workflows for information gathering and task completion.
