Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calamba, Laguna for a New Business Development Officer. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends to drive growth. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, creating proposals, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and developing strategies to exceed company objectives. The role also requires maintaining excellent customer service while fostering long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in New Business Development and strong capabilities for driving business growth
• Advanced Analytical Skills in identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market
• Experience in Finance and understanding financial implications of business decisions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the electronics manufacturing services industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and tools
