Job Summary

The New Business Channel Officer supports the day-to-day execution of the delivery business channel across stores. This role ensures the smooth implementation of channel initiatives, drives process improvements, and provides analytical support and actionable feedback to store teams to enhance operational performance.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implements sales plans/programs to improve competitive position and to maximize sales opportunities of delivery business.
  • Analyzes data and utilizes it for strategic plans
  • Assists in developing strategies and concepts to improve competitive position and to maximize sales opportunities of delivery business.
  • Assesses store's capability to achieve target and recommends

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration major in Management, Marketing, or other related courses.
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food service industry or a related function.
  • Knowledgeable in store operations and delivery channel processes, standards, and execution.
  • Experience in digital marketing, sales, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
  • Willing to conduct field work and travel to stores as required.
