As a New Accounts Officer, you will handle account opening, client advisory, and in-house sales of peso/dollar CASA and Time Deposit accounts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage opening, renewal, termination, and payment of CASA and Time Deposits accounts and placements.
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services, acting as a marketing assistant with assigned quotas.
- Provide excellent, timely, and compliant service to depositors.
- Adhere strictly to branch regulatory, quality control, and risk management frameworks.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of branch banking experience, specifically handling new account transactions.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Skilled in MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word and basic numerical analysis.
