Job Description

PositionType: Part Time (Opportunity to transition to full-time)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Schedule: 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday, with at least 2 hours overlapping between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM MST.

About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Operations Assistant to support our Network Success team. You'll work closely with the Network Success lead to keep communications and operations running smoothly across the advisor network, helping the certified fCMOs and consultants thrive so they can, in turn, help small businesses grow.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day systems, processes, and project workflows
  • Keep projects and follow-ups moving, tracking deadlines and open loops
  • Organize information clearly and turn messy details into something usable
  • Draft and manage written communications, including AI-assisted content
  • Coordinate virtual events and support ongoing project planning
  • Assist with projects that improve network operations and member experience
  • Support operational, coordination, or administrative functions in a team environment.

Competencies And Qualifications

Must-Have

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational support, coordination and administration
  • Managed day-to-day workflows, tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
  • Supported planning, coordination, and execution of projects and virtual events.
  • Maintained accuracy and organization across documents, communications, and operational materials.
  • Experienced supporting operational, coordination, or administrative functions in a team environment.
  • Excellent written communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on experience using tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • Collaboration & Team Support - Works closely with the Network Success lead to coordinate initiatives and support the advisor community.
  • Adjusts to changing priorities and proactively takes action on the next steps.
  • Comfortable using project management platforms, collaboration tools, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Experience assisting in organizing webinars, online meetings, or virtual community events.
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing environments and supporting initiatives that help small businesses grow.
