Ware seeking a dynamic, strategic, and customer-focused Network Program Director (NPD) to lead end-to-end program delivery across major telecom engagements. As the key bridge between our customers and delivery teams, the NPD ensures successful execution of complex network programs while driving commercial value, operational excellence, and long-term customer partnership.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for contract fulfillment, program governance, financial performance, and strategic customer engagementsupporting relationships up to the C-suite level.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary customer partner, acting as a trusted advisor and engaging confidently with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders
- Own the full contract lifecycle as the Contract Fulfilment Responsible (CFR)from contract initiation, setup, planning, and governance to closure
- Develop and manage structured program frameworks, including Customer Program Assignment Plans (CPAP) and Fulfilment Assignment Specifications (FAS)
- Define execution strategies aligned with commercial, technical, and customer objectives, supporting both pre-sales and delivery stages
- Lead program planning and delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, SLAs, benefits, and outcomes are met across multi-country and multi-technology environments
- Manage risks, issues, and escalations, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring transparency with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance, partnering with Deal Controllers on forecasting, margin health, delivery costs, and benefit realization
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, contractual, cybersecurity, data privacy, and E+OHS requirements
- Identify and drive add-on business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth and strategic account development
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety, performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex telecom programs with measurable outcomes
- Strong customer engagement and commercial acumen, including pre-sales experience
- PGMP or MSP certification (highly valued)
- Deep understanding of telecom technologies, network delivery models, tools, and processes
- Strong financial leadershipforecasting, budgeting, revenue & margin management
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience thriving in multi-country, multi-vendor, fast-paced environments
