Security Assurance & Continuity (20%)
Threat Mitigation: Safeguard infrastructure by deploying robust security measures, managing patch updates, and designing response strategies for identified vulnerabilities.
Incident Management: Lead the resolution of unprecedented technical issues, performing root-cause analysis and documenting prevention measures.
Business Continuity (BCP): Draft comprehensive BCP plans, define testing approaches, and evaluate drill results to ensure organizational resilience.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and assist in the preparation of audit materials and improvement reports.
Technical Leadership
Knowledge Management: Lead the development of technical documentation and internal knowledge bases to facilitate team-wide technical exchanges.
Standardization: Identify and mitigate risks in non-standard scenarios while proposing improvements to standardize global processes.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Tenure: Minimum of 4 years of total IT experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a networking-related field including project experience.
Network Scale: Experience administering medium-sized networks (750+ nodes) is preferred.
Global Context: Experience working within a Multinational Corporation (MNC) environment is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Certifications: CCNA required; CCNP (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
Hardware Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Cisco (ASA, IOS, Switches) and Huawei technologies.
Networking Protocols: Deep understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and VPN (GRE, IPSec).
Systems Knowledge: Introductory knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu preferred).
Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Firewalls, LAN/WAN, IDS, and complex cabling/rack management.
