Job Description

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager is responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and high performance of the company's EV charging network and supporting digital platforms. This role oversees real-time monitoring, configuration management, and overall system uptime, while coordinating closely with internal technical teams, manufacturers, software partners, Charge Point Operators (CPOs), and other service providers.

The role also leads customer support and call center operations to ensure SLA compliance, timely issue resolution, and consistent service delivery. By optimizing network availability, operational processes, and service quality, the NOC Manager supports revenue growth and maintains a resilient end-to-end EV charging ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Charging Station Network Management

  • Lead and manage the technical operations team responsible for daily network performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee monitoring, configuration control, and maintenance of EV charging stations to ensure high availability and operational stability.
  • Ensure operational readiness of supporting infrastructure, including backend systems, software platforms, and firmware layers.
  • Direct commissioning activities such as provisioning, configuration management, and asset readiness in coordination with product and field operations teams.
  • Establish operational standards, workforce planning strategies, and performance metrics to support scalability.
  • Drive consistent network uptime and optimize processes to strengthen customer experience and revenue performance

Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with solid experience managing network operations, NOC environments, or critical infrastructure systems. The candidate should have a strong understanding of network monitoring tools, system configuration management, cloud-based platforms, and digital service operations. Experience in managing technical teams, overseeing SLAs, handling incident response, and improving operational workflows is required. Exposure to EV charging infrastructure, IoT systems, telecommunications, or utility-scale network environments is an advantage. Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
