Your responsibilities:
- You will partner with the current Network Manager and build a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Help identify, develop and implement new business opportunities/services with the global stakeholders
- Lead by example in all activities
- Help drive improvements, automation, optimization and implement changes
- Oversee direct reports and address all development, performance, technology and operational requirements
- Help manage team workload, including setting clear goals and deadlines, resource allocation and project management
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Regularly report on required metrics
- Ensure good cooperation with other delivery centers (Denmark, Hungary, Czech Republic)
- Together with HRBP, ensure adherence to required HR processes (performance management, compensation & benefits management, retention, annual organizational review, etc.)
Qualifications And Experience:
- Ability to effectively lead large, diverse team (mixture of juniors and seniors)
- You have excellent leadership skills
- Technical understanding of IT infrastructure business metrics, including best practices and benchmarks
- Core understanding of ITSM processes and Agile way of working
- You are familiar with the environment of IT Operations and IT Outsourcing
- You have in-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- You can perform in an international environment
- You can act proactively to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration
- Positive attitude, open-mindedness, being receptive to ideas and being an excellent team player.
- You are fluent in English
