Network Configuration & Maintenance
Assist in configuring, maintaining, and supporting network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Incident Troubleshooting & Support
Provide Level 2 troubleshooting for network-related issues, including connectivity failures, degraded performance, and access problems.
Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor network health and performance using appropriate tools, proactively identify irregularities, and escalate to senior engineers when necessary.
Documentation
Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams, device inventory, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Access & Resource Management
Support in managing user access, IP address assignments, VLAN setups, and other network service requests.
Security & Compliance
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security protocols, including firewalls, VPNs, NAC, and access control policies.
Maintenance & Upgrades
Perform routine maintenance such as firmware upgrades, patch management, and system optimization.
Infrastructure Support
Provide support for site connectivity, LAN/WAN setups, and structured cabling requirements across offices.
Ticket & Request Handling
Respond to assigned tickets and service requests related to network operations in a timely and efficient manner.
Continuous Learning & Development
Engage in training and knowledge-building activities to enhance technical expertise and stay updated with networking trends and technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education At least graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- Related Work Experience At least 8+ years of working experience in security and network position.
- CISCO Certified
- Extensive experience implementing and supporting IP protocols.
- Vendor management, resource management, project management, and service level agreements.
- Performance tuning, capacity management, consolidation, COS, load balancing technology, monitoring.
