Role Summary

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and maintain voice network infrastructure
Configure and manage AudioCodes SBC, OVOC, and Media Gateways
Administer Cisco voice environments including CUCM and CME
Handle call routing, dial plans, and endpoint provisioning
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability
Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues
Provide advanced technical support for voice systems
Document configurations, processes, and system changes
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in voice/network engineering roles
2+ years of experience with AudioCodes SBC and OVOC
Hands-on experience with Cisco CUCM
Strong knowledge of voice network infrastructure and VoIP concepts
