Position: Network Engineer
Work Setup: Hybrid,
Shift Schedule: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM
2x RTO a week.
RTO Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday
Location: Taguig, Philippines.
Job Description:
This role involves comprehensively managing our voice network, from designing and deploying infrastructure like AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC and Media Gateways to administering Cisco CUCM and CME environments, including call routing and endpoint provisioning. He or She'll also be key in providing advanced technical support, monitoring performance, and documenting configurations to ensure reliable and high-quality voice services. Collaboration with other IT teams is essential for seamless integration.
Must have and Good to have skills: AudioCodes SBC, OVOC and CUCM
Number of years experiences needed: At least 2 years experience
