WHAT IS A NETWORK ENGINEER

Our awesome client, a leading BPO company based in the Philippines is looking for a Network Engineer to be part of their team.

The Network Engineer manages enterprise network infrastructure ensuring high availability, secure connectivity, and stable operations across Satellite Office facilities and remote workers.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Cisco LAN/WAN infrastructure

Configure and maintain Fortinet firewall and VPN infrastructure

Support secure remote connectivity for WFH staff

Monitor network health using SolarWinds monitoring tools

Perform network troubleshooting and performance optimization

Implement firewall policies and network security controls

Support incident escalations from Service Desk

Maintain network diagrams and documentation

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of network engineering experience

Experience supporting BPO or contact center environments

Experience supporting large user environments (5001000 users)

Proficient in Cisco routing and switching

Skilled in Fortinet firewall management

Knowledgeable in VPN architecture and troubleshooting

Hands-on experience with SolarWinds monitoring

Strong network performance analysis skills

Solid understanding of network security fundamentals

CCNA / CCNP certification (preferred)

Fortinet NSE certification (preferred)

ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
