Job Description

Level II Support for different clients of the company
Escalation of cases/issues of clients to principal support if needed
Prepare and submit reports
To pass certifications of the products carried by the company
Giving quality feedback and service to customers at all times
Provide support to clients on weekends and/or holidays if needed
To present product presentation and demonstration
Recommend best practice deployment to client
Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related field
Knowledgeable in networking
In-depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN, and GAN)
Can configure different types of VPN in different protocols
Has background on configuring Routers, Network Switch, Firewall, and other computer networking devices
Knowledgeable in different networking devices
Can configure enterprise Access Point (AP)
Knowledgeable on different kinds of servers
