Job Overview

The Command Center Team serves as the central point of contact for all support, troubleshooting, and incident management activities.

As part of this team, you will act as a first responder, ensuring that technical issues and escalations are promptly addressed to minimize service disruption. You will work closely with Engineering and Application teams to resolve incidents and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

This role operates in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays, through a structured shifting schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all technical support and incident reports
  • Monitor systems, alerts, and infrastructure to detect and respond to incidents
  • Perform initial troubleshooting for Windows and Linux server environments
  • Escalate complex issues to Engineering or Application teams as needed
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain detailed incident documentation and status updates
  • Support cybersecurity monitoring and response activities

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4- or 5-year course in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Can start ASAP
