As a Network Care Center Administrator, you will play a central role in managing our charger network operations, ensuring optimal performance, quick incident resolution, and a seamless experience for both customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor charger network performance and infrastructure using network management tools.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to internal teams or vendors as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer and stakeholder concerns in real time.
- Execute scheduled maintenance, updates, and network enhancements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge management for operational continuity.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to support incident response.
- Support system administration, log reviews, and preventive checks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in technical support, infrastructure, or network operations.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/WAN.
- Analytical, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
