JOB DESCRIPTION
- The NetSuite Administrator be directly responsible for creating and maintaining and improving the NetSuite platform for Access Group Australia
- Access Group systems, procedures and policies are followed and adhered to efficiently
- Areas for improvement within Access Group systems are identified and raised with manager as appropriate
- Timely administrative duties of maintenance and modification of the NetSuite Platform
- Creation / documentation of efficient NetSuite processes
- Advising / leading the business with further NetSuite projects such as CRM, ecommerce etc.
- Creation of NetSuite scripts / workflows to automate manual end user tasks
- Assisting 3rd parties with integrating their software into the NetSuite platform
- Administration of the NetSuite platform
- Creating / developing NetSuite scripts
- Integrating NetSuite with 3rd party applications
- Mapping and developing processes based on Business requirements Project management
QUALIFICATIONS
- NetSuite Administrator minimum of 4 years (flexible)
- Bachelor's Degree of any IT-related course
- Microsoft Office Suite
- NetSuite ERP
- NetSuite CRM
- NetSuite Ecommerce
