Role Overview:
As the Senior NetSuite Integration Specialist, you will serve as the technical lead for the Phyto Therapy group of companies. This L3 support position is responsible for driving the implementation of advanced NetSuite modules and managing complex system integrations to support our rapid business growth. You will act as a bridge between technical execution and business strategy, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize our ERP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Module Implementation & Optimization
- Finance & Operations: Lead the deployment of advanced financial modules, including Fixed Assets Management and Planning & Budgeting (NSPB).
- Manufacturing: Architect and implement Advanced Manufacturing solutions, specifically focusing on WIP and Routing to enhance production visibility.
- Logistics & WMS: Perform deep-dive audits of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize existing configurations for MRP, Inventory Management, and Procurement workflows to ensure data integrity and operational speed.
SOP Development & Knowledge Transfer
- Documentation: Establish and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all NetSuite processes, ensuring documentation evolves alongside system changes.
- Empowerment: Design and deliver high-level end-user training programs to ensure departmental heads and staff are utilizing NetSuite to its full potential.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Integration Support
- Escalation Management: Act as the final point of escalation (L3) for complex system issues, working alongside the NetSuite Admin to resolve high-priority tickets.
- Vendor Liaison: Manage relationships with external NetSuite consultants and third-party integration partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within technical specifications.
- System Integrity: Monitor integration flows (APIs, Celigo, or Dell Boomi, if applicable) to ensure seamless data synchronization across the Phyto Therapy group.
Required Experience & Skills
- Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of NetSuite experience with a focus on L3 support or implementation.
- Technical Depth: Proven track record in Advanced Manufacturing, WMS, and Finance module rollouts.
- Leadership: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a deep-dive approach to system architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
