As an
Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant specializing in
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), you'll work with clients to understand their business needs, map them to NetSuite functionality, and implement, configure, and optimize solutions, focusing on warehouse processes and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their current warehouse processes, identify pain points, and define requirements for a NetSuite WMS implementation.
- Solution Design and Configuration: Design and configure NetSuite WMS modules to meet specific business needs, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing process enhancements within the NetSuite WMS environment.
- Data Migration and Integration: Manage data migration from existing systems to NetSuite, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and coordinate integrations with other systems.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of the NetSuite WMS implementation, ensuring functionality, stability, and performance.
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of the NetSuite WMS solution.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of the NetSuite WMS system.
- Staying Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest NetSuite WMS features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- NetSuite Expertise: At least 2 years of proven experience with NetSuite, particularly in the WMS module, including configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Warehouse Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management Skills: Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Familiarity with data migration tools, integration technologies, and NetSuite development tools.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus.
