NetSuite Functional Consultant (NSPB)

Work Arrangement / Work Shift: Remote Set-up

Role Overview:

We're looking for a NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) Consultant to join our team. This is a client-facing role focused primarily on delivering NSPB implementations for our customers with a small portion of time spent supporting our internal NSPB rollout.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support the implementation of NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB) solutions, including gathering requirements and delivering planning, budgeting, and forecasting functionalities.
• Configure NSPB applications, manage metadata, and develop business rules to support financial planning models and system performance.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide meaningful insights for finance teams and business stakeholders.
• Support data integration between EPM solutions, NetSuite ERP, and other data sources using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar technologies.
• Work directly with clients and project teams to deliver consulting support, assist with internal NSPB initiatives, and occasionally conduct product demonstrations for existing customers.

What You'll Need:

• Around 1 year of hands-on NSPB experience
• 23 years total experience across NSPB and Oracle EPM, particularly Hyperion Planning, or Oracle Cloud EPM Planning
• Proven experience working on planning, budgeting, and forecasting implementations
• Ability to Configure applications, Manage metadata, Build reports and KPIs, Develop business rules Ideally has experience integrating EPM solutions with NetSuite ERP and/or Non-NetSuite data sources using tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and project teams
• Ideally able to provide occasional product demonstrations of NetSuite Planning & Budgeting for existing BSP clients
