Integration Specialist (Celigo / E-commerce / NetSuite)

A US-based consultancy is seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to provide immediate support on a critical client project. This role focuses on improving and stabilising integrations between e-commerce platforms and NetSuite, with particular emphasis on order-to-cash flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support e-commerce to NetSuite integrations, primarily via Celigo
- Work on order flow logic involving Shopify, Amazon, and eBay
- Assist with troubleshooting and stabilising existing integration issues
- Collaborate closely with an established team; you will be supported and not expected to work independently from day one
- Participate in orientation and knowledge transfer sessions to understand the system and project context
- Initially work 1015 hours per week on a specific project, with potential for increased workload depending on performance and future needs
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with integrations, ideally involving ERP systems
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and order-to-cash processes
- Exposure to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Celigo is required
- Ability to understand data flow and transactional behaviour within e-commerce and ERP environments
- Strong English communication skills and availability during US working hours
