Job Description

About Us:

PayChoice is one of Australia's leading payment gateways, specialising in the collection of payments for clients around Australia in industries such as Healthcare/Fitness, Childcare, Medical and many more. We are looking for experienced Product Sales Specialist who would love to join an exciting and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coding/Programming as a full stack developer
  • Conducting code reviews & unit testing in a range of applications
  • Assisting other developers where needed in day to day programming, troubleshooting and brainstorming programming approaches.
  • Control and manage project GIT repositories including production deployments
  • Participating in our product development from ideation to deployment and beyond.
  • Providing design input to the discovery process in the very early phase of new features
  • Proactively reporting opportunities to troubleshoot applications aiming to reduce cycle times and go beyond expectations.
  • Analysing problems and providing answers while challenging the way we do things for better outcomes.
  • Support the Project Owner and Project Manager with day to day activities, including priority management, solution architecture, clearing impediments and status reporting.
  • Attending weekly stand up meetings

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent degree
  • Extensive experience in Programming and Applications Design, and general IT experience (min 6+ years)
  • Demonstrable hands-on experience creating public, complex systems using multiple languages
  • WEB API
  • C#
  • .NET Core, .NET Framework
  • SQL Server
  • MongoDB
  • RabbitMQ/Amazon MSK
  • CI/CD
  • Agile and Jira
  • GIT
  • Microservice Architecture
  • Experience with cloud-based platform, specifically AWS. An AWS Certified Developer Associate certification is a plus.
