SENIOR .NET Developer (Back-end)
Primary Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of new and existing systems by executing on defined requirements
Assist with analysis of new stakeholder requirements and scoping of development effort
Troubleshoot identified issues and overcome technical challenges
Maintain clear, effective, timely, and ideally proactive communication with technical and
non-technical stakeholders
Adhere to the established guidelines and procedures that ensure team efficiency and visibility
Skills and Requirements:
Production of high-quality programming on a variety of systems, integrations and utilities
Proficiency in troubleshooting; strong analytic capabilities
Ability to identify and propose innovative solutions to complex challenges
Comfort interacting with team mates, business stakeholders, project managers and company
leaders, using a variety of communication and sharing technologies
Enthusiasm for working as part of a distributed team
Adaptability to changes in pace and expectations, and to shifting of priorities and objectives
Flexibility with work hours when needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer Science-related field, or equivalent and relevant
work experience
Proficiency with C#, .NET Core, JavaScript and SQLServer(queries, stored procedures,
functions and views)
5 + years of programming and related experience
Possession of strong English communication skills, both spoken and written
