Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with experience in Azure cloud services, Blazor development, and Bluetooth device integration on Windows platforms. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining the server-side logic and APIs for our Blazor applications. You will work closely with a team of developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure the backend systems are high-performance, scalable, and secure.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy backend solutions using Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database).
- Implement and maintain server-side logic using .NET Core/ASP.NET Core and the Blazor framework.
- Integrate Bluetooth device functionalities into Windows applications, ensuring compatibility and reliability.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend applications and IoT integrations.
- Implement and manage database schemas, queries, and data access layers.
- Optimize backend performance for scalability and efficiency.
- Apply security best practices to protect data and applications.
- Collaborate with developers to integrate backend logic with Blazor components.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server-side issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the design and architecture of new features and applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility and integration of UI/UX designs.
- Contribute to improving development processes and coding standards.
Core Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of proven experience in Backend Development with Blazor and .NET technologies.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database).
- Knowledge of Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly.
- Hands-on experience with XAML for Windows application development and Razor for web application development.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Experience with Bluetooth device development on Windows platforms.
- Proficiency in database design and management (SQL Server).
- Experience with Entity Framework Core or other ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of backend systems.
