Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Antipolo Rizal for a Negotiator for Transportation and Logistics. The role involves managing contracts and negotiations with transportation service providers and logistics partners. Responsibilities include analyzing transportation requirements, optimizing cost and efficiency, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring service level agreements are met. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with internal teams to align logistics strategies with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Knowledge of transportation planning, logistics operations, and supply chain management
- A strong candidate should have a solid grasp of how freight rates are built, analyzed, and negotiated, including the ability to break down and challenge cost components.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and organizational skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies in logistics and supply chain is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
