Job Description
- Examine, identify, and fix small appliances with electrical or electronic components, such
as rice cookers, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, and blenders.
- To guarantee the best possible performance from your appliances, do preventive
maintenance.
- Using testing equipment and hand tools, replace or fix damaged parts.
- Create service reports that include the components used, repairs, and time spent on
each task.
- Give clients technical advice and direction on how to maintain and use their appliances.
- Work with the service supervisor to prioritize tasks and order parts.
- Maintain the workspace, tools, and equipment neat and orderly.
- Make sure that corporate tools and customer appliances are handled and stored safely.
- Before releasing appliances to consumers, test them to make sure they operate as
intended.
- Carry out additional duties as delegated by the service manager or supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
