About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Compliance Support Specialist to assist an Australia-based NDIS provider. This role combines administrative support, compliance coordination, service agreement management, and client communication, playing a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for participants and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, document management, and record keeping
- Prepare, send, and follow up on service agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Assist in maintaining compliance with NDIS requirements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Support audit preparation and internal compliance checks
- Communicate with participants and their families via phone and email in a professional and empathetic manner
- Follow up on documentation, service agreements, and required forms
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and updates
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with data privacy standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, customer support, compliance, or handling contracts/service agreements (NDIS experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with families
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with the NDIS framework and compliance requirements
- Experience managing or processing service agreements or similar contracts
- Experience working with Australian clients or in a BPO setting
