About the role

Your responsibilities

- Strategize and execute regional sales plans to enhance growth and market share while keeping an eye on profitability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your sales team, enabling them to meet and surpass expectations.
- Foster collaboration across functions and ensure alignment with the broader company strategy.
- Keep a pulse on market movements, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform dynamic sales strategies.
- Formulate lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders about Reckitt - Mead Johnson Nutritions medical offerings.

The experience we're looking for

- Proven experience in sales, ideally with a background in healthcare or consumer goods.
- A track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of medical product markets and building customer relationships.
- Effective negotiation and presentation skills that create impact and persuasion.
- Financial savvy with experience managing budgets and resources.
- A commitment to integrity, professionalism, and an alignment with Reckitt's purpose-driven culture.
