Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales and marketing strategies. This candidate will be knowledgeable about the market and our competitive advantages in order to best recommend new sales strategies for success.

Responsibilities

  • Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships
  • Recommend sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are within budget
  • Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings

Qualifications

  • Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary medicine, Business or related field
  • 5-7 + years of experience in feed additives, feed or livestock industry sales
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
  • Can lead national sales operations and manage sales team
  • Organized, dependable and a team player
  • Has good industry network
  • Willing to travel and with good work ethics
  • Has experience handling distribution both local and from global partners
